Academics can take a back seat. Well-being of the student community should take priority. Allow your student to talk to you on your Video-Voice Chat. That’s exactly what I do, what my teachers do. After a really long time, I started taking classes – Business Studies for Class XII. My sessions are only for 30 minutes ‘cos we use the Flipped Classroom Mode of Teaching. We have 250 academic videos of just Class XII of our teachers on our YouTube Channel, recorded by our teachers and edited by us. Students are already ready with the details of the lesson, hardly aware that assessment has already begun @ home through self-study. The 30-minute session is solely delved on discussions, clarifications, exercises, projects and lots and lots of interaction. Mugs of coffee, rapid fire sessions, sharing of screens with PowerPoint presentations are the norms of the day for both students and teachers.
