Cdr Abhishek Kankan, NM is the only Indian Naval officer (also probably only one in the world) to have served in Special forces – MARCOS, a Submariner, Everester and a Marine Engineer. Recipient of Nao Sena Medal (Gallantry) by then President of India Dr APJ Abdul Kalam in 2005 as well as the recipient of the Chief of Naval Staff & Commander in chief Commendations on three occasions for Gallantry, leadership, and innovations; Cdr Abhishek Kankan, NM believes that there is a streak of adventure, a desire to excel, a thirst to be an achiever and nationalism in everyone. His mission is to ignite these streaks in corporates, organizations, and the young brigade by conducting workshops, coaching and outdoors activities. And that's exactly what he did this morning with our students!

Our students were spellbound listening to his brilliant talk about his life and experience. They wrote notes to implement inter-dosciplinary activities for their Veer Gatha Project Edition 2.0.
