Studies have proven that physical activity positively impacts cognitive functions, including attention span, memory, and academic performance.
Starting the day with a fun-filled and uplifting game creates a positive mindset among children. Physical Education plays a crucial role in shaping a child's fitness along with their overall development. Our Class 1 children played a game called “Good Morning Game“, which promotes emotional well-being by relieving stress, boosting self-esteem, and fostering a sense of achievement, communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills. Building a positive and supportive class culture, the combination of physical activity, rhythm and teamwork, not only improves physical fitness but also enhances cognitive abilities and social development with a productive day of learning.
